How do I receive my parcel?
Wait for the purchased items to arrive at the YANCHAO warehouse, then check their progress in Packages. When everything you want to combine has arrived, select the items, submit a packing request and pay the international shipping fee.
Which fees do I need to pay?
You pay for the products and any China domestic delivery charged by the seller. International consolidation and shipping are paid separately after the items reach the warehouse and you submit them for delivery.
What does “free shipping” on a product mean?
“Free shipping” usually refers only to the seller delivering the item to the YANCHAO warehouse in China. It does not include international delivery from the warehouse to your country.
How long does shipping take and how much does it cost?
